A decision letter or care home bill does not match

Send the share link from the calculator and the line from the decision, the assessment report or the home’s bill, without names or insurance numbers. The difference is often the home’s own EEE, a part month or one module scored differently in the report. If the mistake is ours, we fix it and add the case as a test.

Embedding

Advice services, support groups and publishers can embed the calculators free of charge: embed a calculator.

What we cannot do

No individual care counselling, no assessment of whether an objection will succeed, no placement in homes or with carers. Free advice is offered by the Pflegekasse’s care counselling and the local Pflegestützpunkt.
